Excellence
One of our aims and objectives is working with children to support them through the transition from Primary to secondary level through mentoring. Lenton Primary School was one of the first successful programs delivered by 11 Tech 18 in line with our aims. The objective of this program was to bring the students who were at Key Stage Level One to Level Four and above in the three main areas in English, Maths and Science by the end of May and we started to work with them in January of that year. We achieved it as we aim to exceed expectations. We worked with a number of other primary schools as well.
Professionalism
11 TECH 18 Board, Staff and Volunteers also work in a professional manner considering the needs and wants of its service users and the environment around which we work. 11 TECH 18 has always pride itself in working in a professional manner to achieve it`s success. As we think professionalism leads to workplace success, a strong professional reputation and a high level of work ethic and excellence.
Expertise
11 TECH 18 has worked and supported a number of volunteers some of which has completed their NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, who thought that in was not possible. We also supported students from the Nottingham Trent University one completed her PGCE in (Primary) Studies and two starting their BA (Hons) Childhood Studies degree and 1 student from Nottingham University completing her BA (Hons) in Financial Management.
